Hey guys,

I want my background video in the Revolution slider to be looped, while the slides should stop after the first loop. You have the same effect on the main Integrity demo page, but I can’t get it. I noticed, that mine is looped in Safari, but it doesn’t work in Chrome, it plays from beginning to end and then stops. The website url is http://wolk.mcdir.ru.

To be able to see your slider settings, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

For the mean time, try this setting at your slider.

Under Loop and Progress section

Stop Slider : On
Stop At Slide : 1
Show Progressbar : Hide
Loop Single Slide : Off

It says, that you can login using a special link http://wolk.mcdir.ru/wpadmin.html due to security actions on the server.

By the way, I tried your settings, but nothing changed.

I’ve tried the example video and it loops, have a look. What does it mean? I’m not sure there is a chance to control loops in motion software.

This could mean the video you’re using is not encoded properly. Did you try to encode the videos in different formats e.g http://prntscr.com/4xzi9l

Try this, this should solve the issue.

I would try, yes, but both videos mine and the one which is playing normally now — they are mp4 and work differently. So I’m not sure this is the problem.

It could be a problem with the encoding used to create your mp4 video. I’d recommend encoding your video again or using a different encoder.

I just bought the x theme, and it comes with a different version of RS (5.x). My youtube video is not muting or looping. I tried different settings and nothing. Help!

Hi there,

It’s known issue recently when it comes to youtube. And we’re not sure what recent changes that cause this to rev. slider. But one thing for sure, mute and volume aren’t gonna work since communication between two domains isn’t allowed by browser or youtube itself. The implementation of the loop has changed too, requiring a playlist argument. Though I like to conduct some test too, it could be specific to site.
