Hello,
I have 2 parallax images on my landing page and they look great in Chrome but in IE 11 they do not scroll smoothly.

I have updated my theme, wordpress, and all plugins to the latest versions.

Just tried it in IE11 seems to work just fine and scrolling smoothly.
I tried it on three different browsers(latest versions) firefox, chrome and IE
