bonnieshortallParticipantHi there,
I want to change the background colour of one page (www.optimumperformancedublin.com/services-3/online-training) to black. I have added the following CSS but it won’t change:
.page-id-565 .site { background-color: #000000;
}I’m presuming that I have a code error somewhere in the Customizer box. Thank you advance for your help!

Prasant RaiModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in!
Your code is working fine on my end. Please clear browser cache and try again. http://prntscr.com/e66x03
Thanks.

bonnieshortallParticipantHi there,
It still didn’t work but I now have another problem with the background colour. I want to change the background colour of my blog page. I used the code provided in other forum posts of the same issue but it just won’t work for me. I cleared my browser cache but no change. Perhaps I have a syntax error?
Also, I want my blog page to show my sidebar. I have the site layout set to “content left, sidebar right” and blog layout set to “global layout” so it should work – it’s just pushing my content to the left without showing the sidebar. 🙁
Thanks for your help!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for the credentials. Your blog page has sidebar on right but it’s empty because you have assigned a Custom Sidebar (Home) for the Blog but didn’t place any widget for that. You can either place the widget on right sidebar or remove that custom sidebar from Appearance > Sidebars.
Cheers!
