September 23, 2015 at 1:53 pm #400282Hi Sean,
Thanks for your input and glad you’re able to sort it out.
September 24, 2015 at 5:04 pm #401597I am also having the same issue as all of the above people. I tried the CSS trick with no luck. Here is where I am setting the background image: WordPress Customizer > Layout & Design > Background Image. Once I upload, set and save my changes, nothing happens. There is a still a light gray background and my image does not appear. I have all of the most recent plugins installed (Cornerstone, Visual Composer, Slider Revolution). All I want is a single background image for the whole site. Thanks!

January 6, 2016 at 7:59 pm #735129Hey @emm,
We have deleted your attachment because you are sharing your login information publicly.
We have checked your site and we found out that your background image is not showing up because there is a JS error on the page. We have edited the page and carefully checked each settings. You have not inserted that background image fade and duration in the setting. When you left these settings blank on the pages, it will results to a JS error. We have inserted 0 as a default. Your background image is displaying now.

January 7, 2016 at 9:06 am #735954Hi,
I have another problem. I’m working on a preview only as I don’t want to publish the changes yet but I have problem that the background image is not showing anything (I’ve tried the trick with adding the code to custom css). The thing is that if I choose the same image as a background pattern than it’s working but nothing happens when it’s background image. Another thing that the image is scrolling repeatingly and I wanted it to be still in the background as on the demo http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/3/.
What can be done with that?
thanksJanuary 7, 2016 at 12:52 pm #736261Hi @popoko

January 7, 2016 at 3:15 pm #736466Sweetness! Thank you so much!!! This is the third X theme I have purchased for 3 sites. It’s the BEST and always seems to work fine.
January 7, 2016 at 5:51 pm #736625Update. We needed to tweak the background and replace it. When we did, the site still shows the original image.
