    Hello, must be simple but can’t find it. I have a section with a backgroundimage. I need to place a link on that section/image
    Site: http://vanderheijdenkappers.nl
    It’s the section behind the title: 100 jaar ambacht bij van der Heijden kappers

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Background could not be clickable but you can make the whole section clickable. You can add this under Custom > JavaScript in the Customizer.

    jQuery("#x-section-1").wrap("<a href='http://YOURLINK.com'></a>");

    Let’s change the section ID and link URL.

    Cheers!

    Hi There,

    The code you inserted is different from what Rupok suggested.

    Which section you are trying to link? the first banner? If yes, just copy the code provided by Rupok and change the URL

    If you are talking a bout a different section, please point us which one.

    Thanks

    Hi There,

    The ID of your jar section is 11

    So please use the code :

    jQuery("#x-section-11").wrap("<a href='http://vanderheijdenkappers.nl/100-jaar-kapsalon-van-der-heijden-door-4-generaties/'></a>");

    You have to change just : http://YOURLINK.com for your destination URL.

    I have updated it for you.

    Hope it helps

    🙂
