    Hello,

I was working on the site as a subdomain, then transferred it (and the license successfully) to the client’s domain. The background of one page has mysteriously been removed. It was white. Now it is transparent. Any help would be fantastic!

    Wordpress Version: newest.
    X Version: 4.6.4
    Cornerstone Plugin Version: Version 1.3.3

Also the post featured images halfway down erosiontest.com are not loading, but I can see them in Cornerstone…

    Hi there,

Looks like body background color is set to #f3f3f3. You can always change this from Customizer and if you want, you can set background image for pages individually. Let’s check and set your own background color/image.

    Cheers!

    Hi Rupok,

Attached screenshot shows the issue I’m talking about. (URL: http://www.erosiontest.com/resources/)

Starting at the white bar, it should be white background all the way down. This wasn’t an issue until I pointed the new domain at the site (kept folders in current hosting environment).

How do I get it to go back to having a white background with a parallax image like I’m using frequently on the home page and throughout the site?

    Thank you!

    New development.

I took off Jetpack and featured images are visible once again.

The background is visible in Chrome, but not Safari. See screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dtl4g3agozqzovt/Screen%20Shot%202017-02-24%20at%209.12.18%20AM.png?dl=0

    Hi There,

Try cleaning your browser cache and testing it again.

    Thanks
