crossingsParticipantHi,
i have my X theme validated on my site, and when I’m on the validation page it actually says “Yay! Automatic updates are up and running.” But the problem is that it is not. When I’m on the X-Addon Home, it says that I’m on version 4.3.4, but when i log into the my dashboard on Themeco, it tells me that the latest version is 4.6.4. Is there another button I need to press somewhere else to get this working? Thanks!
Best Regards,
Michael

JoaoModeratorHi Michael.
At this time I will ask you to perform a manual update.
1. Revoke your License from X Addons section (check the bottom of the page) and also remove it from your license page on Themeco.
https://community.theme.co/my-licenses/
2. Temporary disable any caching plugins and purge all your server cache.
3. Delete both X theme (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone) by connecting to your FTP (your settings will be saved in the database)
4. Download the latest copy of X and upload it to your themes folder via FTP OR you can upload the x.zip via Appearance -> Themes section.
5. Latest version of Cornerstone will be installed automatically when you head over X Addons section. Now you try validating your X theme again and then try to install any other extension and it should function properly.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!March 14, 2017 at 8:45 am #1406382

crossingsParticipantNevermind, it seems that cornerstone doesn’t want to work when I’m running the assets through a CDN. After I pause my CDN, I’m able to edit, and once I resume the CDN cornerstone stops working again. Can there be a fix to this in a future release? Thansk!

ChristianModeratorCornerstone works with a CDN. It sounds though that your WordPress setup is incorrect or there’s something wrong with your setup. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/
Thanks.
