BernhardKbParticipantHi there!
I have two licences of X. In one, licensing works flawlessly. In the other one, the domain got changed once, and now I don’t have the possibility for automatic updates (although it says ‘Automatic updates are up and running’ and I can install extensions).
Also I get the message ‘This Cornerstone license is not validated’, but I can not validate it with my Envato purchase code of X.
Can you help me?

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Hope it helps.

BernhardKbParticipantUnfortunately, I’m not quite there yet.
I updated the theme via ftp, so I would have the possibility of revoking the license like you showed, and did that.
Then I revoked the license in my account and reassigned it, using the url ‘http://www.rolandbatik.com’, for that’s how it is in my wordpress settings.
I inserted the license again and X now shows as validated. But the problem is, that somehow, Cornerstone is still not.

RupokMemberHi there,
Kindly remove the folder cornerstone from wp-content/plugins/ by FTP. The it will be installed and validated automatically.
Let us know if that still doesn’t work.
Cheers!

BernhardKbParticipantHi,
sorry to say it still didn’t work. I removed Cornerstone by FTP, logged in to WordPress and it got installed automatically, but it still shows as not validated.
Should I maybe completely remove and reinstall X? But is there a way to do this where I won’t lose any of my content?

ChristianModeratorHey Bernhard,
Please backup your site first and also your Customizer settings, widgets and menus before re-installing X.
Thanks.
