dan.careyParticipantHelp!
I’m stuck on X v4.1.1
The product is validated
But I’m not getting the “Automatic Updates (Recommended)” as stated in https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/
No messages being received in DashboardHaving updated WP to v4.5 I’m now having problems.
For example
WHen trying to delete a custome header in cornerstone http://prntscr.com/attpno
the dialogue box that pops up http://prntscr.com/attpb0 is dead. Neither the Yep or Nope buttons work, they highlight OK but clicking has no effect and I have to Esc out to get back to cornerstone.Do I need to re-validate? If so how?
What else could it be? What am I missing.
This is fairly critical as I now can no longer edit my pages and I have people waiting for me.Some help and advice would be welcome.
Thanks

dan.careyParticipantOMG Its now getting worse…
When I am able to make changes, save and view the page, the changes I’ve just made are being ignored.April 19, 2016 at 12:56 am #889333
ChristopherModeratorHi there,
How did you update cornerstone? if you updated it by replacing cornerstone folder in host files that could caused the issue. in this case please delete cornerstone folder from host files and visit x addons page to install cornerstone automatically.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Templates options don’t display in your site.
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.Let us know how it goes.

dan.careyParticipantOK I’ll do that, but no third party plugins have been installed prior to experiencing these latest problems.
Everything was working smoothly until a few days ago.
I will disable the plugins as you suggest and get back to you.
Thanks

dan.careyParticipantWell all of the third party plugins have been disabled.
These are the only ones that are running… http://prntscr.com/au8soe
I’ve logged out and back in again
And when i try and create or edit anything with Cornerstone, all I get is the spinning cornerstone logo
Over to you…

dan.careyParticipantInteresting
I’ve just reduced the activated plugins down to only the following three being activated
– Contact Form 7
– Cornerstone
– X-White Label
And now Cornerstone is working properly again.
Also Cornerstone has now appeared on the WordPress panel whereas before it was missing.
It might now appear that the culprit is one of these X Addons http://prntscr.com/au8soe
The following were switched on one by one and Cornerstone tested by creating a new post with Cornerstone
X Smooth Scroll – Success
X–Email Forms (MailChimp) – Success
X–Google Analytics – Success
X-Content Dock – Success
X-Facebook comments – Success
Woo-Commerce – FAIL! – cant edit pages again and cant insert templates
Deactivated Woo Commerce – Now I can edit pages and the templates are visible.
I’ve uninstalled WooCommerce and reinstalled it again from the X Theme dashboard, activated it , and again Cornerstone FailsSo it looks as if the culprit is Woo-Commerce which is pretty crucial.
I’ve had to deactivate it so I can continue using CornerstoneAny suggestions?

dan.careyParticipantBy the way,WooCommerce was installed from the approved plug in panel of the X add ons dashboard.

ChristianModeratorHey Dan,
Please copy your site over to a development server so we could investigate the issue without other plugins. I couldn’t replicate this issue on my test site though so this might be unique with your setup.
Thanks.
