Hello,

I have validated X theme a while ago and automatic updates are still not in place. I’m currently trying to update cornerstone manually, it tells me to validate X and when I click on the link, it says congratulations X is now installed. It is like going around in circles.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi Aitana,

Thanks for updating! There was a known bug on v4.3.0. So if you have this version or earlier then you might face this issue. Kindly update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

Hi

Download the latest version of X at:

https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

Then go to this link and use your Bluehost credentials

https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/account/cpanel?goto_uri=/

Scroll down until you see the tab “file management”

Click on the second Icon “File Manager”

Click on Wp-Content

Click Themes

Upload the X Zip File you download previously

Extract.

And it should work fine.
