    Hi there

    Though my product is validated but tells me to validate and then it actually says its validated – but when i try to update it says the update package is unavailable. Then wont update the plugins either. what can be wrong? im on 4.4.1 – Im on wordpress 4.5

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
