    Hello,
    I added 3 new licenses.

    When I go to Input URL, Enter doesn’t work.

    I need, please, your help to complete this passage.

    Hello Mauro,

    Thanks for writing in! Please login to your account and assign the licenses to your domains. You can also add a staging site for each of the licenses. You can then copy the license and insert it in one of your sites to be able to validate that site.

    Are you using Safari browser? At the moment, this is an issue with using this browser. I would recommend to use Chrome or Firefox in assigning your sites.     Hi there Mauro,

    Thanks for writing back!

    Are you trying to validate the same purchase code on the subsites? That wouldn’t be possible, as they are subdomains, they need their own purchase code to generate a license for each site, if this makes sense?
