AlliB1194ParticipantHi,
site = http://artentwine.com.au/
Since updating everything on my site to the latest versions, clearing the cache, etc.
All is okay when viewing on Windows Laptop in Chrome, however there are problems when the site is viewed on an iphone with Safari.(After checking the Iphone 6 needed an apple update, which was performed, & restarted but that doesn’t fix the issue.)
The ISSUES = ALL when viewing on iphone. Windows PC/laptop is OK. Unsure if wrong on ipads. Maybe someone could tell me please if they have one?
1. The double arrows/carets that used to indicate a Side menu are gone.
Needed to find everything on site.2. Instead of a neat little box with 3 horizontal lines in the Navbar, the long word Navigation appears to toggle the Menu appearance
3. Different to the Windows, and only on my Home page.. A wider navbar with the words Artentwine in Cabin Italic appears above the usual artentwine logo and Navigation box (error #2 above). How do I remove this? It isn’t seen on any other page.
4. Iphone also not displaying the ‘ + ‘ symbol at the front of the accordion boxes on my FAQ page (under Applications page on submenu).
Thank you for your time in helping sort this.
(I waited a couple of weeks before updating to allow any bugs to get sorted). My clients will be complaining about this if they notice it.
Having said that, I am an unpaid Volunteer who made this website for them; but nonetheless will need to fix it.Thanks again for your product, have made 2 sites with it, and am holding off updating the second one until I know how to fix this one.
Cheers,
Alli.

AlliB1194ParticipantHave taken some screenshots to demonstrate appearance of
1. Sub-menu double arrow/caret disappearance & word Navigation inserted instead of 3 line box
2. Home page abnormality on artentwine.com.auand a 4th image that displays my other site (as yet still not updated) to show you how the appearance of the Submenu arrows/carets/navigation box/home page navbar height hasn’t changed.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thank you for the very detailed information. I’ve tested your site on my mobile phone and it looks fine.
http://prntscr.com/awglnjI would suggest that your clear your mobile phone’s browser cache. And maybe you can use your phone’s Safari private browsing mode or Chrome’s incognito mode and then you test your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.
