MrKParticipantHi guys,
I would like to edit the archives page for each category.I need to add a block with a button and underneath a search form BUT just on the archives (that’s why I can’t put it in the header block) AND for each category the block and button are different.
Can you please remind me which files I need to copy in my child theme?
I suppose I have to do it on php directly for each archive right?thanks

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Cheers!

MrKParticipantHi guys sorry I’ll try to explain better.
I would like to edit the category post page.
Example: category page news I want to add after the head a block/row where I can put a button.
I would like to edit each category page differently.April 27, 2016 at 12:08 pm #902610
ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Archive pages generate content automatically and they are not editable like normal pages, however editing archive pages could be possible only with custom development which would be outside the scope of our support.
Thanks for your understanding.
