Hi I am running ArForms on my staging site.

When I click send the form does not send any information or store anything I have gone to their support forum and they told me this.

it seems issue of theme. when form is submitted your theme sends additional html content with ajax response thats why its not working.

i have attached screenshot for the reference. please check with theme author once and let me know if still problem is not solved.

Thanks for writing in.

Based from the screenshot, the code being displayed is your home page’s content. And you can check it here http://www.adamhackney.com/WLSSA/?plugin=ARForms. If this is just additional HTML content added to ajax response, then there should be the response from the plugin too (except there is additional HTML). Though, I can’t see what the ajax response should since there is none.

Before we continue, would you mind switching to another theme and test it again, and if possible, please take the same screenshot. I just like to know what’s the expected ajax response. Then please allow me to switch theme too for testing. Make sure to backup your entire site before doing these.
