    Hi there,

Thanks for the info but the page you have indicated is asking for authentication. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hello There,

Thanks for providing the access to your site. It appears to me that this maybe just a caching issue. If you have installed a caching plugin like WordFence or WP Super Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi there,

imagesLoaded() is a reserved function of X theme, two libraries declaring the same name will override each other depending on loading priority. This is same issue with other libraries that uses the same function name and already forwarded to our developer. Though, I can’t tell any ETA for fix as this is part of core.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Hi there @Lemret,

Thanks for writing back, I’ve tried to take a look, but couldn’t see your WP-admin login details.

Do you know which plugin you’re using that is using the qTip library? I’ve confirmed the issue can occur with conflicting libraries, though how this can be resolved will depend on the exact plugin and how it registers and loads the scripts.

Plugins in WordPress are loaded in alphabetical order, which can mean a plugin that needs a library at version 2.0. But another plugin loads version 1.0 and is loaded first, breaking the plugin that uses version 2.0.

If you can let me know the specific plugin in question, I’d be happy to take a further look at this. You can do this by testing for a conflict, by disabling all plugins and then re-enabling one by one till the issue happens again. Then plugin ex, is causing the issue.

    Thank you!
