Basically, I installed the theme and validated it like a month ago and was just experimenting with stuff, however it got a bit messed so I decided to delete it and install it again so I can start from scratch, I deleted wordpress and the theme, set up new db and now when I installed the theme again and it wants me to re-validate it once more (to put my API key but I don’t know where can I get it from, can you please help me? Thanks.

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.4.2
Cornerstone: 1.2.4

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

We have made some changes in how your validate your site. The api key were removed and replaced with a license code. To read more about it, check it here: http://theme.co/changelog/#theme-4-4-2

To validate your site, please do the following:
Please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
