    Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, we couldn’t replicate the issue. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

    Cheers!

    Hello There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. I think the image was affected by the Lazyload plugin. Please disable that first then reload the site again.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi again,

Yes, it was the Lazyload plugin, but I didn’t want to disable BJ Lazyload because it helps a lot to my website…

So I add the class “no-lazy” to my image on Revolution Slider (Attributes tab) and then on BJ Lazy Load Options I add the class “no-lazy” on “Skip images with classes”… and problem solved.

    You can close this topic.

    Thanks!
