    Hi,

    Trying to update from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1 and get a message ‘An error occurred while updating X: Update package not available.’

    On the dashboard it says ‘Your site is validated.’

    And in our account it has the domain allocated to the license.

    Help?

    Hi Stuart,

    Try going to Dashboard > Updates and clicking Check again. There was an issue earlier today where the package files were not being served correctly even on validated sites, but this has been resolved. Let us know if this makes a difference.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    This could be due to internal caching issue. I have updated your X theme and Cornerstone plugin manually for you. Could you please try re-validating your X now and see if that resolves your issue.
