Thanks for writing in! You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

  background-color: rgba(0,114,188, .8) !important;
  position: absolute;
  left: 0;
  right: 0;

}
.x-navbar {
  background-color: rgba(0,114,188, .8) !important;
  position: absolute;
  left: 0;

}
