Stack: RenewHi,
I am having a fairly significant problem with my site: none of the ‘clickable’ options function when tapped on a mobile device. I have tried with both my phone (Android) and tablet (Kindle Fire) and nothing seems to work.
On mobile I can slide to scroll up and down, but that is it. Elements that don’t work include:
– “Back to Top” button
– Call to Action button.
– Accordion menu
– Location map
– Social Media links in Footer
– Mobile Nav menuI would mention that I do have a custom menu plugin installed to replace the X mobile menu. The plugin is called “Jumbo”. I have a suspicion that this could be causing or conflicting somehow with the rest of the site, but I could be wrong.
The desktop version of these elements seem to work and look fine.
My hope is that someone can narrow down the source of the conflict. Any help is greatly appreciated!Jess

Please make sure javascript is enabled in your mobile browsers.
Can you try one of our demo sites and see if you are having the same issue.

Thanks
April 18, 2016 at 12:40 am #887541Hi, thanks for the response. I took a look at the link you provided and it seems I can interact will all of the elements normally in the X demos, but still can’t use those same functions (like the back to top button) on my site.
Also got my business partner to check via his iPhone and he is having the same problems with my site.
I hope that helps you to narrow it down. Thanks!

That’s weird, your site is blank/white on my phone.
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks!

Please update your theme and cornerstone to latest versions and see if that fixes the issue.

If that doesn’t help, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks
