    Greetings, I am helping a friend with his new X site and he has chosen Agency Expanded Content. This is a fresh install and a couple of questions:
    1- Rev Slider is activated but the images (phone etc) did not download to my Media section and the alias of home-agency was not created.
    2- Contact Form 7 is activated but not working on the Get-in-Touch page. I actually seems the get in touch page and the case studies pages are not showing in the live view.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully the given credentials is not working. It would be a good idea if you also provide the login url for your WP dashboard. For the meantime, please make sure that Slider Revolution and Contact Form 7 is installed and active. You can run again the importing of Demo content to properly install the Agency demo content.

    Hi Tom,

    I have checked the backend of your site and there is no slider created yet and as for the contact for, the shortcode used in the get in touch page is incorrect. Please use: [contact-form-7 id="57" title="Contact form 1"]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. You didn’t have Revolution Slider installed when you imported the demo so the Revolution Slider data will be skipped as there is no database table for those.

    However you can download and import any of the example slider from here to get started – http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/

    Hi there,

    The expanded demo should contain all the pages and images displayed on our live demo, that includes the slider too. If you’re not getting those completely, then that means that import is failing.

    About removing the demo, it’s best to re-install it than removing the demo entries one by one. You can re-import the demo and it will overwrite your existing copy.

    I like to test the demo import it, would it be okay if I overwrite your existing demo?

    Hi there,

    Weird, there is no error at all. And it says it completed the 85 tasks successfully. Would it okay if you install another clean WordPress in a subfolder? Then please let me know and I’ll continue testing.
