ModeratorHi,
Please see Troubleshooting Guide on this link – https://community.theme.co/kb/demo-content/
If that doesn’t help, kindly provide us with your wordpress admin login and ftp login in private reply so we could take a closer look.
Thanks

ModeratorHi Jerrell,
Thanks for writing in! This usually happens due to your default server configurations and settings. Please contact your hosting provider and ensure the following.
– Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co - Your firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co – Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled. – Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates. - WordPress recommends PHP 5.6.x or higher. - PHP Max Execution time set to 300 - Increase cURL timeout to at least 60 seconds - Check for PHP memory limit
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!March 30, 2017 at 7:22 pm #1425748jerrelln

ModeratorHi Jerrell,
Try increasing max execution time limit as we have seen this issue with other users as well. You can check the following post for more information (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/demo-site-fail-to-import/#post-1121473).
Thanks!
