    I purchased a Theme X license and successfully validated it on the site. When I attempt to install the x-addon, RevSlider, the installation works (I can see revslider folder under the Plugins folder on the server), however, revslider does not appear in the Plugins section via the WP Dashboard.

    When I attempt to install Essential Grid, it never appears in the plugins folder at all.

    Please advise.

    Also, the version of Theme X is 4.6.4.

    Hi There,

    Thank you for writing in!

    Looks like file permission problem, you don’t have full or write permission under your current host account.

    You may forward this to your host provider and they should fix it.

    Specifically, which directory(ies) require full/write permissions? wp-content/plugins?

    Nevermind, successfully changed permissions myself via ftp. Thanks!
