    Hi X team,
    I had installed the thema yesterday on a test domain. after that i have unstalled it and installed it on other domain. also i have revoked validation. X thema is not working. demo content menu is empty and all the plugins arent installed.

    Thanks for writing in.

    Sometimes it is due to caching. Please try revalidating again. If still not working, revalidate again then share us the purchase code and admin credentials so we could try it out in our side.

    Don’t forget to set it as private reply.

    Thnx for quick response.

    some how magically it is working. X TEAM IT IS REVALIDATED, but not all plugins are installed. yesterday i had more options. all plugins where installed.

    for example slider revolution is not installed.

    should i delete it, upload it again and reinstall it?
