    Hello,

    Our site worked until I activated x. The first time I reinstalled wordpress. I have checked if it’s a corrupt .htaccess file as well as uploaded a php.ini file per your forum’s request.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    and I get this error on debug mode –

    Hi there,

    I have investigated your issue and I see that your parent theme is missing lots of files which is required, means your X theme is not installed correctly. For example, debug.php is missing under (“/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/debug.php”). Not only that, but I see there are other directories and files are missing.

    I would suggest you to manually update your X theme by downloading the version from your Envato account. You can follow our update guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/).
