TomasJarvlingParticipantHi.
I am using woo commerce and sent this question to their support:
“Hi.
I would like to receive and admin email when a new customer registers to one of my memberships. Is that possible?
The customer gets an “new account” email but I would like to receive on to the admin emailadress as well.Tomas”
I got this reply:
“By default WordPress sends an email to the administrator when a new user registers to your site. Please try switching to the theme Storefront and see if you can reproduce the issue. if not, the issue is with the theme you are using. In this case you would need to contact the theme author, inform him about the issue and ask him to fix it.”
The problem is that when a new user is registered manually through the wordpress panel – there is an email sent to the admin. But if a user is registered through woo commerce there is no admin email – only an email to the user.
Could this have something to do with XTheme?

Rue NelModeratorHello Thomas,
Thanks for writing in! You can switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and test WooCommerce. Please keep in mind X theme doesn’t modify any plugin actions. If the same issue happens even when using Twenty Seventeen theme, it could be your WooCommerce email settings.
To assist you better with this issue, would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? This is to ensure that we can provide you with a tailored answer to your situation. Once you have provided us with your URL, we will be happy to assist you with everything.
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thank you.

Rue NelModeratorHey Thomas,
Thanks for updating us in!
You must have misconfigured the Email Settings. Please check the documentations from here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-20
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/Hope this helps.
