Hi,

I want to edit my X theme so that my top menu will have a “Login” menu item. When a user click on that menu item, it pops out a lightbox with (username, password, login with facebook option, and registration option (which opens a registration form). Once logged in, i have a “insights” tab, which the person can then access it’s content if he is logged in, if he is not, then if he click on “Insights” it works exactly as clicking on “Login”, it pops out proposing to login.

After Login, a “Logout” will be shown on the top menu (replacing the login wording). If the user clicks on it, he logout.

I tried installing plugins, tried implementing them, totally failed! How can I add this functionality to the website. In case even I need to buy a plugin, I am ready to do that!

That is very urgent question, and i really tried so much and failed!

to have a look. Now i just put a menuitem (login), but of course it do nothing! And the insight menu item content is still not function, but in all cases, it will redirect to a URL if user logged in, if not, the same pop up to signin will show.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully those features aren’t offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
