lovecomsParticipantHi,
I have 2x rows of marginless columns on home page of milliealdridge.com. I want to add page hyperlinks to each of these 6 columns. I can see earlier threads in which it’s advised you add jquery to give the columns active hyperlinks. I’m javascript challenged and am hoping you can assist me to place this in correctly. I’ll include login details via private reply.
Many thanks for your helpFebruary 28, 2017 at 8:25 pm #1389637

LelyModeratorHi There,
On each of your column ID field, and unique ID. Like business-coaching for the first column and then on second column ID field add personal-coaching. Then on Appearance > Customize > Custom > Edit Global JS add this:
jQuery("#business-coaching").wrap("<a href='#Changethiswiththecolumnlink'></a>"); jQuery("#personal-coaching").wrap("<a href='#Changethiswiththecolumnlink'></a>");Do the same for other columns.
Hope this helps.

lovecomsParticipantThanks so much –
placing this in has forced the boxes out of shape – see screenshot.
Many thanks for helping me to solve this step as wellMarch 2, 2017 at 12:15 am #1391452
RupokMemberHi there,
To get better result, you should add the links to all column within the Row and make sure to add the classes properly to columns.
Thanks!

lovecomsParticipantI don’t understand that response. I did exactly as the previous instructions advised. Please clarify exactly what you mean

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! I am another staff checking on this thread. It turns out that you did not add a custom ID to each of your columns. You have to add a custom ID first. For reference, you can check out this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/3-column-with-3-links/#post-1244755
The custom class in that thread may not apply to your site. You can use it as a basis on how you can pull off adding a link to each of your columns.
Please let us know how it goes.
