Hello!!
I am trying to turn the phone number on my topbar into a button with a phone icon. When I enter the code into the “topbar content” are, it only shows the code for the button and the icon, and doesn’t show either. Is it possible to display a button there or is this outside of what X can do? Thanks in advance!
March 23, 2016 at 3:41 pm #850057Also, now I am trying to edit my home page with visual composer and most of the elements aren’t showing or allowing me to edit. I know X has switched over to Cornerstone, but will my visual composer not work at all now??

Thanks.
March 23, 2016 at 4:20 pm #850123Sorry for all the messages. For visual composer, it was only the live builder that I had trouble with. I can build on the page editor, so this is less of a concern now. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! You can add the below shortcode before the phone number :
[icon type="phone"]
Or this HTML :
<i data-x-icon="" class="x-icon x-icon-phone"></i>
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
March 28, 2016 at 11:23 am #855256This helps with the icon, but I still need to add the button as well and the short code isn’t working.
March 28, 2016 at 12:59 pm #855402Hi There,
Please add the following HTML to your top bar content:
<a class="x-btn x-btn-red x-btn-real x-btn-square x-btn-mini" href="http://www.yourwebsite.com/" title="Example" data-options="thumbnail: ''">Your Button</a>
Hope it helps 🙂
March 31, 2016 at 10:56 am #860996Thanks for the help. I haven’t gotten to try the code yet because my site seems to be having some additional issues now. Can you take a look? The menu is showing as a list instead of in the navbar and most of the elements are off and in the wrong places. It seems like there are some CSS issues. I am trying to get the access to my hosting/FTP information, but for now don’t have it. Can you please take a look and see if you can tell what the problem is with just my WP login?
March 31, 2016 at 8:40 pm #861767Hi There,
As I could see in your setup, you have an 404 response on your child theme CSS. Please check the latest update regarding child theme of X theme

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
