Go to Appereance Customizer Layout Design and choose Side Bar right.
Go to Appereance Widgets and add a seach widget to your side bar.
You can add a html list below in a text element with all your links or choose a different widget.
Hope it helps

Please setup your sidebar first from Appearance > Widgets, its better if you create a new Sidebar intended just for that page (consumer services photography) instead of using the Main Sidebar.
Fill that sidebar with Widgets (Search, Custom Menu, Text, Page, etc.) After you have that sidebar filled edit the page (consumer services photography). Set your ROW as 1/3 + 2/3
Place a Widget Area element on the 1/3 column and choose to output the sidebar you just filled. Every time you need to edit this sidebar, you need to go to Appearance > Widgets.
Hope it helps, Cheers!
