Valérie BParticipantHi, i have 4 license of X and i’m trying to add this site to the license that i have with no site assigned to : coopscosf-scolaire.com
When i’m on the page, and i clit “add site”, i have a message that said “write the URL and push enter” but when i copy it and push enter, nothing happen. Can you help me with that.

Thanks for writing in! You can try from a different browser (Chrome maybe?). If your issue still persist, you can post your site URL and purchase code in a private reply that you are trying to assign.

Valérie BParticipantHi, ok so i used another browser and it work. Unfortunately, i can’t do the update of the theme because the system said ” no archive found”… But my site is link now.. Help please.

Thanks for updating the thread! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsPlease also provide the license code here so we can test it on our end.

“An error occured when updating X Not available update archive” error message usually appear when you have revoke the license in your account. Please do the following:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
