October 6, 2016 at 6:09 pm #1205873Hi Matthieu,
You’ve mentioned that you’re hosted on us. We have Themeco Caching. Would you mind trying deleting cache on the server and then check again? Do let us know how this goes.
October 7, 2016 at 1:07 am #1206377Where is it on the themeco admin panel ? I had a look and didn’t find it. Are you sure I can do it ?
October 7, 2016 at 2:52 am #1206456Hi there,
There is no way to manage Theme.co’s hosting caches through admin panel. It’s managed hosting and all caches are generated and updated dynamically without the need to manually clearing them.
Your Footnotes plugin is triggering js error, and it enqueues mu plugin’s javascript files. I deactivated it and then another error appears. I uploaded my working plugins and no luck, still the same. Checked the same plugins from another site hosted on us and they work too. Is this a migrated site? I installed All in one migration plugin and downloaded your site and installed locally, and same error. Hence, this is only isolated to your current site (current set of files).
I’ll keep on checking, this one is really weird, and we just have same copies of plugins.
Thanks!
October 7, 2016 at 6:10 am #1206597Thank you for all this work !
I’m sure we’ll eventually find a solution.
If it can help, the site was transferred (by theme.co hosting) from canopee-innovation.com domain to isatis.io domain (both purchased and managed from namecheap) a week or so ago.
Although, if I remember correctly, this icon feature was not available from the beginning.
My site was created using X and theme.co hosting from the very beginning, it was never transfered from anywhere else.
To be completely honest with you, I could very much live without those icons but I start to feel less secured by reading that there is a strange situation going on as I would not be happy if new and more serious issues would appear eventually…
I hope you’ll find the problem soon… :/
Again, do not hesitate to contact me if I may be of any help.
Best regards.October 7, 2016 at 4:46 pm #1207340Hi there,
This isn’t host or X theme related based on my tests, the issue is probably related to configuration. Even by copying your site on local, the issue still exists and swapping plugins from my end has no effect.
Upon more checking, the SuperFly’s LAIconManager and LAIconManagerCollection aren’t working along. I’ll forward this for further investigation.
Thanks!
