    Hi Team,

    In ConvertPlug -> Modal Popup I have many predefined styles. On some I see an option for the countdown timer. But not on all. How can I add one to a predefined style and/or blank one?

    Please see pics for more explanation of what I mean.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Maybe it depends on the modal type or something. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Rupok,

    I think we did not understood each other. I am talking, as is nicely seen on the pics I’ve sent in previosus post, about countdown timer and not smart launch option. A countdown timer is a timer, that simply counts down time and displays that in numbers. Please look again on new attached picture.
