Hi there and thank you for your great theme,
I’m trying to figure out how you can add an optin box in any page built with cornerstone. I’m using thrive leads to build my optin boxes, and they merely say “add the optin box link into the html of the page”.
For info, the optin link looks like this : [thrive_2step id=’154′]Trigger goes here[/thrive_2step]
But I don’t know where I can add in cornerstone, since I don’t want to use the visual editor of wordpress, otherwise it will be overwritten when I’m back on cornerstone again.

July 16, 2015 at 10:48 pm #332757Ho, and an other thing I would like to be able to do : To embed the trigger of my optin form into a button build on cornerstone. So, for example, on this page : bienfairelamour.fr at the back of the page, when you clik on one of the two red buttons, I would like that an optin box made on thrive leads to appear. So again, I guess I have to add the optin box link into the html of the button, but I don’t know where to find it.
Same question to add it on a slide on Revolution slider 🙂
Thanks in advance for your valuable help.

Thanks for writing in!
You can add your shortcode in a text element or raw content element in cornerstone.
With regards to incorporating it into a button, regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

I’ve gone ahead and added the shortcode for my opt-in plugin into the raw code element. You can see that here:
Which is at the bottom of my main page at britneygardner.comHowever, within the raw code module any other formatting things I do don’t work (like an h3 tag) because it’s raw code. I get that I can’t use it with the x button element as mentioned in reply to Ken, but I’d like to pretty it up a bit at least with text formatting. Is there a way to do this?

You should be able to use HTML in raw content, it works fine on my end, please update both X and Cornerstone and check again.
Hope it helps.
