    Hi there,

    We have our activation code and our website address is registered, pasted the code into the theme to register and we get the message that the code is validated and the site is registered… BUT….

    When we go back to the dashboard (or back into X-Theme) it still says that the Theme is not activated and requires us to put the code back in… it simply won’t stay no matter what we try.

    This is complicating our ability to be able to update information on the site.

    I should mention that we did migrate the location of the site from a subsite on a network to a standalone setup and thus bought a new license… but we’ve done that before and don’t seem to have any problems with it.

    Would you mind sharing us the admin credentials that you want to activate and the purchase code/key.

    Please revalidate again your URL in your license dashboard.
