jseitzerParticipantWordpress Version: 4.5
BuddyPress Version 2.52
X Theme
Magic Members Premium PluginI’m unsure what I am doing wrong. I am using the X Theme and also using Magic Members plugin. I was finally able to set up the Login and Registration Pages. I signed out and did a test on Registering for a Free account (I am setting up a membership site).
I am able to Register okay but when I click Register it takes me to an Error Page. The same thing happens when I Login (I tried for the hell of it), I get an Error page. BUT, when I check my emails, I get a link to activate my account.
So, it is registering the information but I’m unsure why I am not getting an Activation page and when I confirm the account, I get another Error page.
I’m not sure if it’s my Theme, Magic members, BuddyPress, etc. If someone can at least direct me to what I may be doing wrong, I’d truly appreciate it! Thank you so much!

jseitzerParticipantI have created an Activation/Welcome Page and connected it to BuddyPress and also shared the URL with Magic Members.

Paul RModeratorHi,
Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
