Today I noticed that Cornerstone would not allow me to click the “yep” or “nope” modal to delete an element. Upon checking for and attempting to apply a failed update, I noticed a prompt to update X Theme “Validate X to enable automatic updates.”.

My domain (details in private post after this) appears to have been validated. I even removed it and re-added it to be safe…

I’m also unable to apply updates for Cornerstone at this point.

    Thanks

    Hi Nicholas,

Somehow your site must have been invalidated. If you go to your licenses page, (ACCOUNT > LICENSES) you can check your licence key. Make sure it is set to the same URL as your WordPress site URL. If your site URL changes for any reason, you’ll need to update your API key too.

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! The yep/nope issue is related with an older version of Cornerstone with newer version of X. Kindly update X and Cornerstone to latest version.

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Let us know if you still face any issue.

I’m unable to update X or Cornerstone (see first post).

“An error occurred while updating Cornerstone: Update package not available.”

I’ve kept everything up to date prior to this week. Can you guys log in with the credentials above and check it out?

    Hi there,

1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Hope it helps.
