ishmasterParticipantHello
On my review pages I use accordions to display certain information, yet I’m struggling to see these accordions in certain browers.
Safari is ok, but Firefox and Explorer is not showing my accordions.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks
James

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please update X and plugins to make sure there is no incompatibility issue.
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Hope it helps.

RupokMemberHi James,
I am sorry but I can’t see any accordion on your given page. Am I missing something? Would you point us where it actually?
Cheers!

ishmasterParticipantHello
Look in the url in the third from top post of this thread, on the review pages, the accordion is below the casino glance and above the image screenshot.
I can see this accordion in Safari on both desktop and an iPhone, however it’s just a gap on other browsers?
Look forward to hearing any possibilities on solving this.
Regards
James

Rue NelModeratorHi James,
Thanks for the clarifications. I have checked your site and it seems that you have modified how WordPress loads the jQuery script. This script should be loaded at the head part of the page. Please correct this.
If you have installed a caching plugin WordFence, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, please clear your plugin cache first before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
Please let us know how it goes.

ishmasterParticipantHello
Many thanks for the support and the advice, the solution in the post above was helpful, but in another problem I was having.
I could not see my content dock information and it appears that by using the information above, I have disabled the “move-scripts-to-footer” plugin resulting in my content-dock spring to life as it should.
My accordion issue is still not resolved by this, yet it’s fully visual and working when using safari browsers.
I have attached an image to show what the yellow accordion should look like and whats inside it.
Regards
James

RadModeratorHi there,
Please provide a screen recording, and the screenshot again. I like to see it but confused about what should I looking for.
Is it X extension’s docking?
Thanks!

ishmasterParticipantHello Support
It is not X extension docking, it is X Accordion.
Please look at this game review page.
http://www.slotsquad.co.uk/online-slots/aloha-cluster-pays/
Scroll down the page to the SLOTSQUAD RATING
Between SLOTSQUAD RATING and the GAME SCREENSHOT, there is a yellow accordion containing buttons. You can only see this using safari on a MAC, iPad or iPhone.
If you are using a explorer or firefox, you cannot. This seems to be the only Shortcode that is doing this!
I have attaged a screenshot to show you what I am seeing in SAFARI BROWSER, in FIREFOX and EXPLORER it is a a gap about the 2 inches deep, this is a problem.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Regards
James

RadModeratorHi there,
Ah, sorry for the confusion. You said you couldn’t see your content docking information.
Please add this CSS to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Custom > CSS
.x-accordion-heading { overflow: visible !important; border-bottom: 0; }Hope this helps.
