jasonribeiroParticipantI recently updated Cornerstone and Theme X to the most recent versions. However, all of the accordion elements on my website no longer work on a mobile device. You click them and nothing happens. Also, my embedded videos from Vimeo also do not display on mobile devices, but they work fine on a desktop. Please advise. Thank you!

NicoModeratorHi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes
Thanks.

jasonribeiroParticipantI tried deactivating plugins that were recently updated. No difference. The day it stopped working was right after I updated Cornerstone and Theme X…so I’m pretty sure it’s at least somewhat related to that.

jasonribeiroParticipantI just updated Cornerstone again to the latest release and that seemed to do the trick.

jasonribeiroParticipantWell, it fixed the accordion…however, it broke shortcode within certain elements so I had to switch it back. See attachments.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the screenshots. I am logged to your site yet I could not find where I could edit your page to test Cornerstone. Is it possible if I could try to test Cornerstone in your site? I wanted to make sure that all the html contents is correct and valid. Any broken html codes could potentially break Cornerstone layout. Would you mind if you let me check the Cornerstone editor?
Please let me know.

jasonribeiroParticipantNeither removing the script below the vimeo embed code nor adding in the code above seemed to have made a difference. Any other ideas?
April 14, 2016 at 9:26 am #882310
jasonribeiroParticipantAlso, can you recommend the easiest/best way to duplicate our site onto another staging site?
