    Hi there, my url is http://ftmv.org/

    i have a few queries i would appreciate some help with please.

    within my artwork page i have various sculptures, on my mobile version of the site my custom headlines are being cut off, is there some css that will make my custom headlines fit within the page on the mobile site or can you give me some css to just alter the size of the headline for the mobile version quickly without me having to create another headline and hide on desktop and mobile versions.

    on my blog page is it possible to change the text “the blog” to a title of my own choosing or remove it completely?

    Thanks for all the help and great advice.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! I can’t see any Custom Headline on your Artwork that’s being cut off. However you can use Responsive Text to the Custom Headlines. You will see the option in Cornerstone Settings Tab. Let’s create the Responsive Text with minimum and maximum font-size and use the selector as custom class for the Custom Headline within Class field.

    And you can change the Blog Title from Customize > Integrity > Blog Options – http://prntscr.com/egdd7r

    Cheers!

    Thanks very much for all your help.

    Hi,

    You can do the following.

    1. Add unique class to your custom headline.

    eg. Add h-resp

    2. Add responsive text in Cornerstone Settings.

    3. Add the class you added to your custom headline as selector in your responsive settings.

    Settings Guide

    selector: the selector used to target the text that you want to be responsive. Best use comes from adding a class to all text elements you want to alter, for example, “h-responsive” might be added to all headings you want to be responsive on a page. Next, you would simply write “.h-responsive” in this field (the included period denotes a class selection).
    compression: set any number from 0.1 on up. Adjust number to suit your needs.
    min_size: set a minimum font size in pixels for your heading if you so desire.
    max_size: set a maximum font size in pixels for your heading if you so desire.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks for all your help.

    I just dont understand why for example my headline for the grapes from the moon page: http://ftmv.org/artwork/grapes-from-the-moon/ scales itself perfectly over 3 lines and fits within the space on the mobile but my geared paperweight page: http://ftmv.org/artwork/geared-paperweight/ does not. Can you explain why this happens?

    When i go into cornerstone it does not find any of the elements that ive set up either for that page so adding responsive text is proving to be very difficult.

    Hi there,

    Please add this :

    h1.h-custom-headline span {
        display: inline-block;
        word-wrap: normal;
        word-break: break-word;
    }

    But still I recommend you to follow previous replay and set responsive text element.

    Hope it helps.
