    Hey Theme Co,

I am trouble shooting a problem and trying to determine if the error I am seeing is the result of something wrong with The X, or something about the client’s server.

I added a new page to begin to edit it. I created the new page, gave it a title, published it, and then clicked “CORNERSTONE” tab to edit in cornerstone. I am greeted with these error:

    Not Found

The requested URL /sample-page/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am also given the same error when I try to simply “view page”.

Everything is updated, I disabled all the client’s plugins prior to the test.

    Any ideas?

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Thanks for providing the login information. I’ve checked and played around in your site. I ended up creating a text page which you can check it here: http://your-domain.com/an-x-test/. I did not encounter any 404 issue and could not replicate any 404 error. Stated in your previous and of course, you will have error 404 on this page /sample-page/ because this page truly doesn’t exist in your site. Please give further clarification or let us know if this issue has been resolved already.

    Thank you.

    Forgive me,

I was using “sample page” as an example, however, the real page with which I was having issues has now also resolved itself…interesting. Thank you for your help.
