Hi,
I have seen several different threads with customers having this same problem, and I have implemented the solutions that were provided in those threads, and I still am unable to resolve the issue. I have also tried reaching out within the threads and have not received a response yet – that is why I am posting this question.
I am using the Stack Icon and I am unable to get my “Section Blocks” to go 100% width within Cornerstone. I have tinkered with the settings within the individual page in “Pages”, the “Appearance>Customize” section, and within Cornerstone.
I would greatly appreciate a response with a solution.

April 8, 2016 at 6:15 pm #873467Hi Richard,
Before doing any changes, kindly make a full backup of your site. Once a backup is secured, kindly go to the Addons page then export customize settings of the Customizer Manager then a file will be downloaded. Once you have exported the file you can try reinstalling the theme again and import the file in the customizer manager. Kindly make sure to keep a backup file just in case.
Hope this helps.

April 11, 2016 at 11:12 am #876694Hi there,
Thanks for writing back. I think the instruction is already provided and you can just follow this. If you want to use any plugin then you can try BackupBuddy or search for other plugins.
You can simply download the current theme folder from wp-content/themes/ to your PC as well.
Usually theme update doesn’t cause any data loss unless you edit any theme files that you never should do.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!
