Hi Support,

I made two websites with the Ethos stack, but I have one problem in the mobile version of my second one.
You can see http://www.arcadem.ch who fit well on mobile, no space to the right, no scrolling horizontal, nice :).
But the new one have some space to the right, it does not fit the screen, i can’t center my elements and the text doesn’t fit also.

I am trying my best, but don’t understand where the difference come from.

Please add the following CSS under Customize -> Custom -> CSS :

@media (max-width: 767px){
.x-column.x-sm {
  width: 81%;
}
}

Hi there,

This css doesn’t really solve the problem. Here is another example with the shop page.
On the website : http://electrosmog-geneve.ch/produit/sphere-de-resonance-emf-bioshieldwifi-pour-appartement-ou-maison/
The product is completely adapted to the size of the mobile screen, with the characteristics and everything.

But on the website page: http://claudiaflorentina.com/product/le-temps-et-les-pensees-necklace/
The image is not properly resize, the text also and we can see that the content is bigger than the screen size.

The two websites are constructed on ethos. Maybe I have to update the last website ?
But there is something in the code or my code which must cause a problem.

I’ve notice the the magic zoom plugin is not responsive. Also for your text, you can use responsive text shortcode:http://theme.co/x/demo/ethos/1/shortcodes/responsive-text/.

Updating to the latest version is always a good option so you can utilize the latest offers by X. You can read the changelog here before updating.

Hi Support,

I have updated everything, but nothing change about this problem. I tried to erase my custom code to see if it’s coming from there. The text will adapt well, but I have a problem with the .x-topbar .p-info and always this strange and annoying fact that I can move to the right when seeing the page from a mobile phone. I can’t define from where it’s coming from. I haven’t this problem with my other x-theme websites.
