Jeremy LParticipantLike most online shops, I sell a variety of types of product. I need to categorize my products and have them displayed on their respective product pages for ease of customer browsing.
However, I want to customize each product page with some text and perhaps a top banner. I’m struggling to get this down with my basic knowledge of WooCommmerce customization however. I thought I could do so with page builder that comes with X, but it doesn’t appear to be the case.
As an example of what I want, I’m keeping it very simple. Imaging just a paragraph or two of text and maybe a banner at the top of the category page to make it look nicer than the default. How can that be achieved?
Someone suggested on another forum that this plugin can be used with Page Builder, but is it compatible w/ the version that ships with X Theme?

Rue NelModeratorHey there,
Thanks for writing in!
Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
You have posted a link to a plugin. This would probably work with Visual Composer which is already bundled in X theme.
Thanks for understanding. Take care!

teleshevskiyParticipantHi. I am looking for solution as well. I found many requests on this forum about this feature. It looks like it’s worth to add it to X theme in the nearest future.

Nabeel AModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! This can be done with WooCommerce shortcodes please see here https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/. You can categorize products and then display them separately using shortcode on different pages. In this way you can include your text on the page too.
Hope this helps!
