i need a solution abut a few problems.

1. i wat to change howe icons and background transparency on “recent posts thumbs portfolio items thumbs.

Please see:

a for recents post hit menu whic named “referanslarımız”
b for portfolio items thumbs “http://www.yesil-ege.com.tr/portfolyo/”

for what i am try to talking with.

i want to same hover effects for design concept and i want badly customize this hoverd materials like bg color tranparancy and icon

2. My anchored links works nicely on home page. But when i try on portfolio page, anchored links become weird. i mean “they misses anchored id locations with random pixel weight”

Please try to go
“http://www.yesil-ege.com.tr/portfolyo/”
and hit any links anchored and when you come home page then hit same link again. You will see what i meant.
same menu, same links but different behaviors.

1. Transparency and icon same as your portfolio

}
.x-recent-posts .x-portfolio .x-recent-posts-img:before {

}

2. One page navigation works only on same page. Linking to another page and linking back from another page will not work. You may consider upgrading to X 2.0.

Thaknk you for response,

i use this code but, hover icons not same portfolio about color and icon types. Hower shows “f0c1″ letters. Not shoe link icon. Also recent posts hover backgrounds looks like green, but portfolio hover backgrounds looks dark gray.
Also i want to change or custimize recent posts and portfolio hover icons. Can you show me custom css codes like
i want to use my custom made icons if it is possible

i have already updated las release now. But my menu problem not solve, i was copy paste the coode about 3 days what you are linked me jast before,

Hi there,

If you have an icon file, you can do something like this:

.x-recent-posts .x-portfolio .x-recent-posts-img:before {
content: url("http://yoursite.com/link/to/file.png") !important;
}

Just keep in mind you’d be responsible for making an icon that looks correct, and making any other CSS that might be needed to properly space it.

Thank you for this code. worked perfectly and i able to chane icons on recent posts.

you can see on “http://www.yesil-ege.com.tr/#Yege_referans” if you want.

But i need to use same icon on hovers whic is “on the portfolio page sorted items hovered photos”

That code change anything.

is it also possible to set up a custom icon (e.g. [icon type=”desktop”]) to the thumbnail. But in the “recent post” on the home page.

Hi Christian,

Thanks for updating the thread. Yes it’s possible. You can add this to the style.css file of your Child Theme.

.x-recent-posts a:hover .has-post-thumbnail .x-recent-posts-img::before {
  content: "\\f108";
}

When I make an image into a link, a dark overlay is added to the image when I hover over it. How do I remove this?

Thanks for writing in! You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

body a.x-img:not(.x-img-thumbnail):hover {opacity: 1;}

If this did not work, or needs to be specific. Please provide us the site URL.
