    Maybe it’s the fact that I’m a designer and not a programmer but I am incredibly frustrated with X at this point and I’m ready to redo the simple site I’m working on for a client and request a refund.

    One problem (and massive waste of time in terms of my billable hours for the project) I am encountering is when I am editing pages in cornerstone, simple changes that I make simple just do not update once I have made them and clicked on save.

    Example – using a simple “icon list” item, when I change the graphic icon half the time it changes and half the time it doesn’t.

    is there a known bug or some info that I am missing?

    The site is about as simple as it gets – but working on it with X has been incredibly frustrating. No offense intended, I was sold on it the first time I saw the demo materials. Is there any possibility of arranging a phone support call to ask some questions. I’m not able to put the url of the site here as the site as I don’t have permission from my client.

    If you would please respond to this post I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! We need to check few things first. If you’re using any caching plugins, please make sure to disable it during the development process. If you’re using CloudFlare, make sure to follow this post (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cornerstone-live-editor-not-working/#post-333647).

    We recommend the following settings and configurations for your server.

    - PHP 5.6 or greater
    - MySQL 5.6 or greater
    - The mod_rewrite Apache module
    - PHP Max Execution time set to 300

    Additionally, you can try adding the following lines into your wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add the above code, before the following lines:
    /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!
