    Hello,

I just updated x theme (3.1.1) and all plugins (Visual Composer 4.3.5 and Shortcakes 2.6.1). After updating, my main menus with sub-menu items no longer display (no sub-menu drop-down). Seems to only be happing in Safari (8.0.2).

Happening on two sites using X:

Appreciate any help you can give on how to fix.

    Thanks,

    Jon

never mind. I re-read the FAQs about the new update and it turned out I needed to clear my cache in Safari. Working fine now.

I have cleared my cache on both Chrome and Safari and still have two issues:

    1) I can’t get my drop-down menus to display.

    2) I can’t get the Revolution Slider to show up. Both are setup correctly as far as I know, and I just updated the theme today and plugins.

    Please advise.

    Sorry, about the password issue.

I disabled the child theme and I now get the drop downs and the slider.

So my issue is a child theme issue?

I’d like to restore my child theme. So, now what?

So it appears as though re-installing the Child Theme worked.
