Hi, We brought wordpress X Theme including Cornerstone.. We found an issue when using Cornerstone.
When we click Text control in preview area, the EDIT control show correctly in the left edit area. This is fine.
Then we click Text control again in preview area. Duplicate EDIT control will be show in left area. This is not good.
Then we used F12 to check what happened and found quicktag or qtag was undefined.
We are using WordPress 4.5.3，X 4.6.1，Cornerstone 1.3.0
Please help use resolve the issue.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If this doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Hello There,

Thank you for the admin credentials. The quick tag jquery library is not loaded that’s why the error occurs. Would you also mind giving us FTP credentials on a private reply? We would like to see if this file http://taipeipreview.thegmic.com/wp-includes/js/quicktags.min.js?ver=4.6 is really missing or it’s a permission issue.
