Xtheme pro editor not working

I updated wordpress to the latest version:4.9.8 in my website,
also updated Xtheme Version: 2.2.5
After updates,Xtheme pro editor is saving my changes but not showing its changes on live page.
On back-end my editor has fine layout but on front-end,all the layout is messed up

kindly check screenshots below in this link ,that are showing back-end layout of my editor having correct layout

I dont have any Js scripts in this page .

headings are left aligned even they are center align in editor,

Thanks for asking.

I wanted to take a look at your website to suggest you possible solutions but it seems that you haven’t validate the URL yet. In that regards, please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  5. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

I disable/enable plugins,downgrade wordpress to old version 4.9.4

Hi @ask4hassam,

First, I changed your slider to slider element instead of the text element. That prevents javascript error in the builder.

And looks like it’s originating from the woocommerce products which is hidden, could you try removing them and test it again?

Hi @ask4hassam,

May I know the URL of your re-created product? It could be hidden content since you’re hiding some sections. Or is still on the home page just different line number? I checked that and it’s originating from the section hidden from all devices

Please edit your page and switch to Skeleton mode and find those sections and delete them.

this section is removed but the actual problem is that ,according to this link

every product has nesting anchor in woo-commerce shop page :

how to remove it ? kindly guide me because it is very serious error may be it is conflicting Pro editor to save my changes

Hello There,

I did some digging and it turns out that the error came from the WooCommerce shortcode. Please temporarily remove the WooCommerce shortcode that you have inserted and test again. You should not be seeing any error then.

Problem is solved now ,There was an issue in the X-Theme header after Theme update,created New header and assigned it as Global.
